If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items but the reimbursement amount may vary. Please use only United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for any returns as we will not be responsible for any signature confirmation or shipping fees exceeding our reimbursement amount we have advised via our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reply e-mail.

Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!

A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with the damaged/non-damaged item numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.

Please follow all the rules for returns as Wona Trading Inc. will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken. Thank you.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds only exchanges/replacements at this time for any damage/non-damage returns but you can use the store credit that will be refunded to your account to repurchase the items! Any returns will be issued as a store credit to the Customer's account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.​

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
